Nine PhilaU Student-Athletes Earn CACC All-Academic Honors
NEW HAVEN, CT- The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) has announced its All-Academic team for the 2008 fall athletic season today. A total of 118 student-athletes among the 13 conference schools have been named to the team. Philadelphia University had nine student-athletes named, including one three-time honoree.

A total of 26 CACC student-athletes have earned All-Academic status for the third time in their careers. The three-time honorees have a star next to their name on the list above.
In order to be named to the CACC All-Academic team, recipients must have participated in a CACC Championship sport this past fall. They must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, have been a student-athlete at their current school for at least two semesters, and achieve a cumulative grade-point-average of 3.50 or higher through the fall semester.
