Men's Basketball junior guard Russell Frederick (Baltimore, MD/Calvert Hall) was named CACC Honorable Mention for the week ending January 25th.

Frederick averaged 20 points and 5.6 assists during the 3-0 week for the Rams. The week was highlighted by a 29 point/ six rebound performance against Holy Family where he set a personal record with six three-pointers made in the game.
