Ashley Gaskins: Athlete of the Week

Sophomore forward Ashley Gaskins (Harrisburg, PA/Central Dauphin) was named Athlete of the Week for the week ending February 1st.

Gaskins averaged 7.3 points and four rebounds per game during a 2-1 week for the Lady Rams. She shot 63.6% (7-11) from the field and 80% from the charity stripe during the week.

Her superb play on defense also sparked a rally that led to the Lady Rams 66-62 victory at Georgian Court.

Gaskins is currently averaging 6.1 points and four rebounds on the season, while shooting 49.5% from the floor and 72.1% from the free throw line.

Up next for the Lady Rams is a trip to Goldey Beacomin College on February 5th for a 6 p.m. start.
