Kyle Noonan’s Bone Marrow Drive a Success

Philadelphia, PA-On Thursday, October 22nd, a Deutsche Knochenmarkspenderdatei (DKMS) bone marrow drive was held on campus for Philadelphia University alum and former baseball standout Kyle Noonan.  The drive was a great success with over 470 donors coming out to participate and raising over $2,700 to go towards DKMS and bone marrow research.

The students responsible for organizing the drive include PhilaU baseball players Matt Fischer and Rob Fisher and fellow student Danielle Innaurato. Volunteers included the baseball team, PhilaU students, as well as close friends of Noonan who made the trip to Philadelphia.

Many thanks to all those who came out and participated in this wonderful event and for more information on how you can become a donor visit www.dkmsamericas.org .
