Volleyball’s Rendon Tops CACC Weekly Award Winners

Philadelphia, PA- Three Philadelphia University student-athletes were honored by the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) after the first week of competition.

Volleyball senior outside-hitter Celena Rendon (San Antonio, TX/ Tom C. Clark) earned ‘Player of the Week' accolades after averaging 3.0 kills/3.12 digs in a three-match week for the Lady Rams 

Men's soccer rookie Travis Lobb (Lititz, PA/ Manheim) earned ‘Co-Rookie of the Week' as he notched a goal in his first collegiate game vs. Millersville.  Women's soccer sophomore forward Dana Rokoszak (Hillsborough, NJ/ Hillsborough) made the ‘Honorable Mention' list for her game-winning goal against Millersville.
