Legendary PhilaU Coach Bucky Harris Inducted into PA Sports Hall of Fame

Philadelphia, PA- Members of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame (PSHF) recently elected former Philadelphia University men’s basketball coach Walter “Bucky” Harris to join the Hall as a member of the Class of 2010.

The election was held near the end of May. Harris, along with Sandy Stephens, was elected posthumously. Other members of the new class include: Pete Carril; Mike Denoia; Elvetta Gemski; Dick Hart; John Klotz; Bill Malinchak; John Petercuskie; Harry Schuh and Harold Spooner.
