Student-Athlete Advisory Committee 2008-2009
"Building School Spirit, Building Tradition... Building Ram Pride!"
SAAC's goals for the year are to create a sense of spirit and community among our intercollegiate teams as well as to get involved in programming that contributes to the department, university and greater community.

-A packed house at the Gallagher Center ushers in the 2007-'08 basketball seasons, salutes the spring 2007 scholar-athletes and most importantly, raises money for Northern Home for Children.

Also last fall (2007), the women's basketball team made Halloween cards for patients at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and they conducted a hoops clinic for students at St. Helena School in Blue Bell, Pa. Both of these women's basketball community-outreach initiatives are shown below.
Freshmen Move-In and Fall Sports Social
- August 22-23, 2007
-Rams and Lady Rams volunteer to assist incoming freshmen in moving into their dormitories; then gather for ice cream, the dodgeball tournament and more at the Athletic & Recreation Center.
