Cheerleading

To all interested Rams Cheerleader Candidates: 

We are currently a co-ed squad that supports Men's and Women's Basketball. We are also involved in other special events through the Athletic Department and the University. At this time we do not offer scholarships, but the team covers all expenses associated with cheerleading (except sneakers). Open tryouts well be held for cheerleading on Sunday April 27, 2008 in the Harris Gym inside The Gallagher Center. We stress we only want those that can truly dedicate themselves to the program. We practice 2-3 times per week from October through February; we do not practice over winter break.
