Field Hockey Loses a Tough One to Shippensburg, 2-0

Meanwhile, the Lady Rams' field hockey team lost another tough decision on Monday afternoon, falling by a 2-0 margin at home to Shippensburg University.  After a scoreless first half, the visiting Raiders finally solved Philadelphia University senior goalkeeper Jessica Snyder tallying twice in the second frame including the game-clinching goal with under two minutes remaining.  Snyder finished with four saves for the Lady Rams, who fall to 3-10 overall with the setback.  Shots on goal for the Lady Rams came from Lauren Piontkowski, Leah Arthur (pictured) and Laura Dupler.
