Battling For Bragging Rights, Field Hockey Beats Alums 5-4

Philadelphia, PA- Battling for bragging rights for the year, the Lady Ram field hockey team held off the Phila U. alums 5-4 in a penalty overtime stroke-off on Homecoming Weekend at Alumni Field.
Melissa Hess picked up the first goal for the Lady Rams, followed with a score from Stivi Genca. Hess went on to score the team's third goal and Megan Stefanides score in overtime, followed by Jillian Fletcher with the game-winner.
Alumni goals were scored by current Lady Ram assistant coach Lorraine Ford, along with Stacy Strezlecki and Jen Stuller.
