Golf Wins Home Tri-Match with 339 Team Score
Lafayette Hill, PA- The Philadelphia University golf team secured their first team win of the 2009 fall season in scoring 339 team points to defeat the University of the Sciences at The Ace Club on Saturday. Wilmington also competed, but did not score due to a player withdrawal.
The top four scorers for PhilaU included: sophomore Ryan O'Donnell (Newtown Sq., PA/ Marple Newtown) in second-place (82), sophomore Brad Krohl (Clifton Park, NY/ Shenendehowa) in fourth-place (83), sophomore Stanley Chun (San Francisco, PA/ Palo Alto) in seventh-place (87) and senior Joe Baricelli (Valley Stream, NY/ Valley Stream North) in eighth (87).
The Rams will host another home match next Sunday (10/18) at The Ace Club, facing USP again along with Chestnut Hill College.
