Rams Finish Eighth in Golf CACC Championship

Lafayette Hill, PA- The Philadelphia University golf team shot an overall score of 688 in the two-day CACC Championship Tournament April 11th- 12th at the Whitemarsh Valley Country Club in Lafayette Hill, PA. Leading off for the Rams, and tying for 21st overall, was junior Ryan O'Donnell who shot a combined 163 (81 and 82) in the tournament.

PhilaU shot 332 for day one and finished with 349 on day two. The course is a par 72.

Also finishing strong for the PhilaU squad was junior Brad Krohl who capped an 84 for the first leg and improved to an 80 for the final. Junior Stanley Chun hit a combined 176 (83 and 93).

Holding the top place in the CACC Championship was Wilmington University with Andrew Baldo taking first overall in the contest, shooting 145 (70 and 75).

PhilaU golf moves back to The ACE Club to host a Tri-match against Holy Family and the University of the Sciences on Saturday (4/16) at 1 p.m.
