Rams wrap up the 2011-12 season fifth at the Greater Philadelphia Invitational
HAVERTOWN, Pa. – The Philadelphia University men's golf team closed out its 2011-12 season by recorded a fifth-place finish in the Greater Philadelphia Invitational, hosted by Rosemont College, at the par-71 Llanerch Country Club.
The Rams posted a team score of 353, 21 strokes behind event champion Penn State-Abington.
Brad Krohl led the Rams in his final collegiate event with a sixth-place score of 82. Ryan O'Donnell and Seppi Hutter posted rounds of 88 to come home tied for 21st.
Tom Mahone shot a 95 and Stanley Chun turned in a card of 96 to finish in 33rd and 34th, respectively.
Penn State-Abington's Dylan Amin took the Invitational title after a round of 76.
