Rams Tally First CACC Win 65-54 Over Felician
Rutherford, NJ- The Philadelphia University Rams (4-1, 1-0 CACC) opened up their CACC schedule with a 65-54 win at Felician College (1-4, 0-2 CACC) on Saturday afternoon. The Rams were led by junior forward Malcolm Ingram (Philadelphia, PA/ Solebury Prep) who had a game-high 20 points and eight rebounds.
The Rams held a slim 31-30 lead at the half, as they shot just 33% from the charity stripe in that stanza.
Junior guard Russell Frederick (Baltimore, MD/ Calvert Hall added 14 points, five rebounds and three steals to help the Rams extend their lead in the second half.
Senior guard Mike Dunn (Harrisburg, PA/ Central Dauphin) tallied 13 points in the victory-including three treys, while junior guard Marcus Lemon (Alexandria, VA/ T.C. Williams) added 12 points and two steals.
In their next contest, the Rams will travel to Wilmington University on Tuesday, December 9th for a 7:00 pm CACC game.
