CACC Honor Goes to Men’s Hoopster Frederick

Philadelphia, PA- Philadelphia University senior guard Russell Frederick (Baltimore, MD/ Calvert Hall) was tabbed a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) ‘Honorable Mention' this week for his help in a 2-0 week for the Rams.

Frederick averaged 21 ppg/4.5 rpg/4.5 apg as PhilaU beat up on St. Thomas Aquinas 77-50 at home and then won a roadie 69-52 at Millersville. 

The Rams head to Lock Haven tonight (11/30) at 7 p.m. before returning home for an 8 p.m. date vs. West Chester University (12/2) at 8 p.m. at the Gallagher Athletic Center.
