PhilaU’s Russell Frederick Garners CACC ‘Co-Player of the Week’

Philadelphia, PA- Philadelphia University men's basketball senior guard Russell Frederick (Baltimore, MD/ Calvert Hall) has been named Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) ‘Co-Player of the Week' for the week ending on 12/20/09.

He is the first PhilaU men's hoops student-athlete to earn this accolade during the 2009-10 season.

Frederick earned the honor for the first time this year by tying his career-high with 29 points on Sunday night in a 70-61 win over the visiting College of St. Rose. He also pulled down seven rebounds and served three assists on the night.
