Kay Magee officially joined the Philadelphia University coaching staff in 2010-11 as the Director of Basketball Operations.

Magee has spent 45 years associated with her father, Coach Herb Magee's team.  She has been with the Rams for most of Magee's 907 (and counting) wins, in many different capacities- rarely missing a game.

Magee serves as the President of the Herb Magee Basketball LLC. In that role she is the director of all basketball camps and clinics.

A teacher at heart, Magee joined the PhilaU Mathematics Department in 2010 as an adjunct faculty member. She has been a math professor for 19 years, teaching at other universities including West Chester University and Arcadia University.  She received two degrees from Villanova, a B.S. in Mathematics in 1988 and a M.A. (also Mathematics) in 1992.

Magee currently resides in Chesterbrook, PA.
