Men's, Women's Rowing Sail to Success at Murphy Cup; Men's Varsity Four Earns Silver Medal
The Philadelphia University crew teams took part in the Murphy Cup on March 29th with Head Coach Chris O’Brien’s squads faring well in their second contest of the spring season. The men’s varsity 4 had the top performance of the day, winning its heat to advance to the finals. In the finals, the Rams placed second for the first-ever medal in the program’s history.

Rams' Rowers Christen Spring Season on Schuylkill Versus Drexel and Villanova
The Philadelphia University men's and women's rowing teams shoved off on their 2008 spring campaign in a triangular meeting with Drexel University and Villanova University on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia. The Rams, Dragons and Wildcats braved blustery conditions on a cold Good Friday morning to compete in five events.
