Seppi Hutter Honored for 100 Wins
Philadelphia, PA- Philadelphia University senior men’s tennis player Seppi Hutter was recently honored by Head Coach Charles Goods and his teammates for reaching 100 career victories.
“Seppi’s achievement gives our program back to back 100 records with Daniela accomplishing hers last year, I’m proud of them both,” said Coach Goods.
Hutter reached the mark on September 26th in an 8-1 win at Adelphi University. In that match, he won at #5 singles 8-5 over Steven Ferrantello and then took #2 doubles with partner Tom McAvoy 8-6.
The Washington state native becomes just the fifth name on the banner that hangs in the Gallagher Athletic Center for players who have achieved 100 wins during their time here. Last year, current PhilaU women’s senior Daniela Rodriguez hit the mark.
