Rams end season with 5-1 loss to Concordia (N.Y.) in CACC title match

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – The Philadelphia University men's tennis team had its 2012 season came to a close after a 5-1 defeat to Concordia (N.Y.) in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) championship match Sunday afternoon in the Meyers Tennis Center.

Philadelphia earned its point in the No. 2 doubles match where Ryan Christopher and Kyle Burke fought hard to knock off Concordia's David Tisserand and Andreas Lindell, 9-8 (8-6).

Burke and Christopher represented Philadelphia on the 2012 CACC All-Tournament Team.

The Rams went 10-12 overall during the season and 4-2 in the CACC. Philadelphia made its fourth straight appearance in the CACC title match.
