Radnor, PA- The Philadelphia University men's and women's cross country teams both finished fourth overall at the Cabrini Invitational on Saturday afternoon.
Junior Shawn D'Andrea (Blackwood, NJ/ Paul VI) finished second overall (26:28.90) to lead the men. Other top finishers for the men included junior David Snyder (New Providence, PA/ Solanco) in 24th-place (27:45.85) and junior Kirk Tencate (Wayne, NJ/ Wayne Valley) in 36th-place (28:03).
The Lady Rams were led by Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Freshman of the Week Gabrielle Dei Tos (Freeland, PA/ MMI Prep) in 15th-place overall (20:41.78). Other top female finishers were sophomore Kaitlin O'Leary (Marlton, NJ/ Cherokee) in 19th-overall (20:50.74) and freshman Madelyn Trout (Concord, OH/ Riverside) in 21st-place (21:04.19).
The Rams will gear up for the CACC XC Championships on Saturday, October 25th, held at Belmont Plateau in Philadelphia. The women will start at 3:00 p.m., men at 3:35 p.m.
