This Season (2009):

2008:
Had another strong season, starting all 43 games. Desmond hit .331 with a total of 43 hits including 15 doules, three homeruns and 26 runs batted in. She also added a .385 on base percentage and .531 slugging percentage.

As a Freshman (2007):
Made an immediate impact for the Lady Rams, hitting .301 in 39 games. Had seven doubles, three homeruns and 19 runs batted in. She also added a .476 sluggin percentage as well as a .408 on base percentage and a stellar .994 fielding percentage.

At St. John the Baptist:
Four-year varsity softball letterwinner for Head Coach Tommy Tilton...Earned All-League honors as a junior and senior...Helped team to New York State CHS Championship as a senior...Named Newsday Player to Watch as a senior while also being named Newsday Rising Star as a freshman...Earned Gatorade Rookie of the Year honors as a freshman...Was a two-time scholar-athlete selection
