Ashley Webster's Double-Double on Senior Day Guides Lady Rams Past Cougars

Sophomore center Jessica Romano (Horsham, Pa./Hatboro-Horsham) paced a balanced Philadelphia University attack with a game-high 15 points, leading the Lady Rams to a 75-59 win over Caldwell College in women's basketball action on Saturday afternoon at the Gallagher Center. Senior forward Ashley Webster (Philadelphia, Pa./Cheltenham) added 12 points and ten rebounds in her final home appearance for the Lady Rams, who improve to 18-8 overall and 10-6 in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC).

Junior guard Amanda Brennan (Stratford, N.J./Sterling) also found double-figure scoring for Philadelphia University, finishing with 14 points on the strength of four three-point field goals, as the Lady Rams picked up their fifth consecutive victory. The Cougars, meanwhile, were paced by freshman guard Kirsty Leedham (Ellesmere Port, England/Cheshire Academy) with 14 points while junior forward Janay Perkins (Bronx, N.Y./Walton) added 13 points and five rebounds.
