Senior Ashley Webster Tabbed CACC Co-Player of the Week

Senior forward Ashley Webster was named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Co-Player of the Week on Monday, January 28th, for her efforts last week in helping the Lady Rams to a perfect 2-0 mark.  It is the second time this season Webster has been recognized by the conference, earning Player of the Week accolades on November 19th as well.

Last week, the Cheltenham (Pa.) High product averaged 18.0 ppg and 12.0 rpg and ranks second on the team in scoring this season with a career-high 14.8 ppg while her 10.3 rpg leads Philadelphia University.  Webster opened the two-game stretch by posting 11 points, 11 rebounds and five steals in a 77-49 win over Concordia College on January 21st at home.  She followed that performance with a career-high 25 points to go along with 13 boards in a 72-49 triumph at league foe Post University on January 26th.

Earlier this season, Webster became just the 23rd women's player in school history to record 1,000 career points and currently stands 23rd all-time with 1,044 points.  Additionally, she also ranks fifth all-time in school history with 823 career rebounds while her 199 career steals and 85 career blocks rank sixth all-time.
