PhilaU’s Christine Wooding Scores CACC Award

Philadelphia, PA- Philadelphia University women’s basketball junior forward Christine Wooding has again earned a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) ‘Honorable Mention’ award.

This past week, Wooding was perfect in the Ram’s only contest, going 8-8 from field goal range and 4-4 from the free-throw line to tally a game-high 20 points in a 79-27 crushing of Wilmington University.  She also grabbed six boards in the victory. 

Wooding and her squad will take a break for the holidays before returning to the Gallagher Athletic Center on Tuesday (12/28) to host Pitt-Greensburg in a 12:00 p.m. contest.
