Women’s Rowing Senior Night Honors ‘Pioneers’

Philadelphia, PA- Head men’s and women’s rowing coach Chris O’Brien took some time out from the team’s busy Dad Vail Regatta preparation to honor his seven senior women on Wednesday night.  Both the men’s and women’s teams attended, along with University and Athletic Department administrators.

Coach O’Brien recognized Renee Rozaieski, Magdalena Dzierzanowski, Briana Zelinski, Maureen Agnew, Maria McDevitt, Mara Dondero and Carolyn Steinberg.  Of those seven, six received the ‘Pioneer Award’ for being with the Lady Rams since its’ inception in 2006. 

The team now looks ahead to a busy weekend at the Dad Vail Regatta on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia.
