Women's Soccer Draws 1-1 in Double OT Vs. Post

Waterbury, CT- The Philadelphia University women's soccer team (1-4-2, 1-0-2 CACC) played to a 1-1 tie against Post University (0-7-1, 0-2-1 CACC) on Saturday afternoon.  Senior forward Brianna Reinford headed in the Lady Rams lone score of the day, assisted by senior midfielder Christy Bauckman (Silver Spring, Md./Good Counsel).

Reinford headed in the corner kick from Bauckman in the first period.  The teams would struggle through the rest of regulation and two overtime periods to end in a 1-1 tie. 

The Lady Rams will travel to the University of Bridgeport tomorrow, Sunday, September 21st at 12:00 p.m. for a non-conference match.
