Women's Tennis Falls in CACC Team Finals

The Philadelphia University women's tennis team fell in the championship final of the 2007 CACC Team Tournament at home.  Head Coach Marty Gilbert's squad, seeded #2, fell to top seed Holy Family University, 5-0.  The visiting Tigers took all three doubles matches to open the contest before winning singles decisions at #5 and #6 to secure the win and an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.  The setback leaves the Lady Rams with a 13-4 overall record.
