Lady Rams Pick Up Non-Conference Win to Close Fall Duel Match Season

The women's tennis team was in action today, as they played the final duel match of the fall season at Eastern University in St. Davids, Pa. Head coach Marty Gilbert's Lady Rams defeated the host Eagles by a count of 9-0, as seniors Maddie Smith and Katie Stracquatanio (right) continued their assault on the Philadelphia University record books-each picking up wins in both singles and doubles matches. The Lady Rams conclude the fall season this Friday and Saturday, October 19th and 20th in the CACC Individual Championships at Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School; the event will be hosted by Chestnut Hill College.
