ITA Regionals
Philadelphia, PA-This weekend the Ram's men's and women's tennis teams competed in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) regional championships. Competing in the men's A singles bracket sophomore Ryan Christopher (Pottstown, PA/Pottsgrove) and junior Seppi Hutter (Bellevue, WA/Bellevue) both made it to the second round while in the women's A singles bracket both sophomore Christina Brzozowski (Wallingford, CT/Sacred Heart Academy) and junior Daniela Rodriguez (Quito, Ecuador/Colegio Menor) advanced to the second round.
Advancing to the semi-finals of the men's A doubles bracket was the tandem of sophomore Adrian Torreola-Cruz (Gainesville, FL/Gainesville) and freshman Kyle Burke (Wakefield, RI/South Kingston) before falling to the number one seeded team from Concordia College.
In the women's B doubles bracket, Brzozowski and sophomore Brittany Villa (Logan, NJ/Kingsway Regional) advanced to the fourth round before falling to the eventual champions from Bentley College.
