Women’s Tennis Comes Up Short in 8-1 Loss to CHC

Philadelphia, PA- The Philadelphia University women's tennis team (1-3, 0-2 CACC) fell short 8-1 to the Chestnut Hill College Griffins (5-0, 2-0 CACC) on Monday afternoon at the Abraham J. Salaman'58 Courts.

PhilaU picked up their single point at #6 singles as Elizabeth Verbits (PU) defeated Alexis Puhl 5-7, 6-2, 10-3.

The Rams play next at Caldwell College on Tuesday (9/13) at 3:30 p.m.
