PhilaU Women’s Volleyball CACC Preseason Poll Released

 

Philadelphia, PA- The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) has picked the PhilaU volleyball team to finish third in the South Division this season, as voted on by the conference coaches and released today.

The Lady Rams defied the odds in 2008 after being picked third in the South, making an appearance in the CACC Championship match before losing 3-0 to rival Georgian Court University.  The team finished with a 21-13 overall record, 14-4 CACC.  

The team returns three All-Conference players and lost just one player to graduation.  The team opens up the season on Thursday (8/27) vs. East Stroudsburg University at 7:00 p.m. in the Gallagher Athletic Center.
