Can’t Stop the Lady Rams in 3-0 Win

Philadelphia, PA- The Philadelphia University Lady Rams (12-1, 3-0 CACC) continued their unbeaten streak with a 3-0 win over the University of the Sciences Lady Devils (0-3, 0-1 CACC) on Thursday evening.  Senior outside hitter Celena Rendon (San Antonio, TX/ Tom C. Clark) led the way with six kills, 11 digs and two service aces.

Set scores were: 25-15, 25-21 and 25-18.

Senior right-side hitter Nicole Berkstresser (Bridgewater, NJ/ Bridgewater-Raritan) led PhilaU in kills with nine, while junior setter Lauren Hoover (New Baltimore, MI/ Anchor Bay) had a team-high 16 assists.

The Lady Rams travel to Dominican on Saturday (9/19) for a tri-match starting with Dominican at 11 a.m. and a 1 p.m. contest vs. St. Anselm.
