Ran school records for 5,000 (19:26) and 6,000 meters (22:17) in 2009...Had a 54^th place finish (22:18, 6K) at the NCAA DII National Championships in Evansville, IN,   the first PhilaU or CACC XC runner to ever advance to the NCAA National Championships... NCAA East All-Region and CACC All-Conference...Grabbed second-place overall (20:18) at the CACC Championships... Led the Lady Rams to their second-straight CACC Team Championship...U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic...Four-time CACC 'Runner of the Week', along with two-time CACC 'Honorable Mention'...

As a Freshman (2008):
Named to the CACC All-Conference Team...Placed 5th overall at CACC Championships with a time of 20:26:63...Was Named to USTFCCCA All- Region team with a 12th place finish at a time of 23:43:06...Was named CACC Rookie of the Week five times (9/2, 9/15, 9/22, 9/30, 10/27) and named CACC Runner of the Week (9/15)... Named CACC Rookie of the Year... Broke PhilaU records in the 5K and 6K events...

At Pennridge:
Four year varsity letterwinner in XC, indoor and outdoor track... Medaled at NE Footlocker Freshman race... conference champion and all league honors as a sophomore while placing 9th in states in the 3000 meter and 10th in states in the 3200 meter... All League and All State honors as a junior... conference champion, All League honors and Mid Atlantic Young women's champion as a senior...
