Women's XC Takes 2nd Place in CTC Championship

Philadelphia, PA- The Philadelphia women's cross country teams sprinted to a runner-up overall finish at the CTC championship Classic on a muddy Saturday afternoon. The women were edged slightly by Rowan.

Senior Sarah Simonetti (18 minutes, 46 seconds) finished third leading all PhilaU. runners. The Phila U. squad also got strong a performance from fellow senior Gabrielle Dei Tos  who came in 8^th (19:25).

The team heads to the Haverford JV Race on Friday, Oct. 21 at 5 p.m.
